Nearest tubes: Old Street and Liverpool Street

Map (or ring 0207 193 2026 for directions)

You are cordially invited to join us for an informal evening of festivities, to celebrate Safi's contributions to London tribal bellydance and to commemorate the end of an era. Acquire gorgeous Central Asian antiques, be adorned with henna, enjoy tribal bellydance performances and feel free to perform amongst friends. Feel free to bring a couple of friends, and if you want to perform then please bring a song (5 minutes or under, please) on a CD and get as ready as you can before you come--dressing space will be limited! Please bring a bottle of wine and your dancing shoes for the open stage! For years, Safi's beautiful shop in Camden market has been a treasure trove for collectors, designers and most certainly for London's tribal bellydance community. He is now being forced to leave his shop, and this event is likely to be one of the last chances to see his stock in London. On June 20th, enjoy a rare opportunity to peruse these beautiful items in a unique setting, surrounded by the dance that has received so much inspiration from them.
