Anatomy and Elemental Movement: Combos for Dimineata (1:00pm-3:00pm)

We'll start with the basics, drilling the components of isolations and hipwork and elaborate those into more complex moves, ultimately completing the combinations used in this choreography.

Group Work and Traveling for Dimineata (3:30pm-5:30pm)

Here we'll take the combinations learned in the last workshop (or the last 6-week course at Urdang) and build them into a more complex group choreography. Please note, in order to attend this workshop, you have to have knowledge of the basic combinations.

The second workshop will require knowledge from the 6-week course or the previous workshop, and will focus on solidifying the groups in the choreography so it flows more naturally. Just like last time, both can be taken together for £35.

This workshop is an excellent introduction to tribal fusion, aimed at students with some previous bellydance experience. We'll work on technique through elemental movements and work through a choreography.

A special pre-Christmas treat! A 5-week intensive class course, focusing on particular skills and areas of the body.

Take the whole course for £65, or take each night as a drop-in for £15. Monday nights, 7:30pm-9:30pm

Each night has a special focus and tailored conditioning exercises and drills to build it up. Then, we go on to doing the more complex things and explore combinations to use in dance. We won't forget the rest of the body to focus on one thing--while isolation is important, total isolation is lonely!--but rather we'll draw out the expressive potential of each kind of move in its own special class.
